We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the customer service/ sales industry, to join our supportive team in Grafton.

What your day looks like?

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
  • Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

Who are you?

  • Demonstrated experience in the customer service and sales industry.
  • The ability to multitask and priority your workloads
  • Computer literacy at an intermediate level
  • Good communication and written skills  
  • Team player to support other areas when required
  • Experience in industrial products such industrial hose and fittings is highly desirable but not essential
