Job DescriptionAs a Claims Policy & Communications Consultant, you’ll shape and maintain the policies, procedures and tools that help our teams deliver exceptional claims experiences. You’ll ensure our collateral is clear, compliant and fit for purpose—supporting our people to make confident, fair decisions for our customers. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll help TAL stay aligned with evolving business needs and regulatory expectations.
In This Role You Will
Develop, maintain and implement high-quality collateral to support claims handling and settlement in line with regulatory and brand standards.
Create clear, fit-for-purpose policies and guidelines to support claims assessment activities.
Develop and maintain system user guides to assist claims teams where needed.
Support the delivery of correspondence transformation initiatives.
Manage the Policy & Communications inbox to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Maintain and oversee letter and form catalogues to ensure accuracy and currency.
2+ years’ experience in life insurance claims or similar role involving documentation or procedure development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in analysis and problem-solving.
Effective self-management with strong planning and time management abilities.
Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
