We’re known for being a bit different, that orange bank. But don’t mistake that for casual. We’re serious about helping our customers live their best lives and chase their dreams.

We’re on a hunt for an experienced Customer Marketing Manager who comes from a solid go-to-market strategies background to join our Product and Customer Marketing team for a 12-month Parental Cover.

As the Customer Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in leading go-to-market strategies for assigned the Retail Bank. This includes transforming customer and market insights and behavioural data into campaigns that that drive customer action and commercial impact. The role involves defining target segments, crafting messaging, orchestrating multi-channel marketing activities, and driving performance through data-driven optimisation. It requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Digital, Brand, and external agencies, with a strong focus on creativity and compliance. The Customer Marketing Manager is also responsible for budget stewardship, vendor management, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative storyteller who’s passionate about turning customer insights into impactful marketing campaigns. You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, confidently navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and balancing bold ideas with compliance. With a strong grasp of brand and product dynamics, you’ll bring energy, agility, and a customer-first mindset to everything they do—crafting campaigns that are not only effective but unmistakably ING.

Ready to make an impact?
What you’ll do

  • Turn insights into strategy by analysing customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to deliver on key business objectives.
  • Design and implement highly targeted campaigns and customer journeys that translate product features into customer-centic benefits at key lifecycle moments.
  • Orchestrate integrated go-to-market plans across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys and timely launches.
  • Drive performance and optimisation by setting KPIs, running experiments, and using data to refine campaigns and maximise ROI.
  • Champion compliance and approvals by managing review processes, substantiating claims, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Digital, Brand, and agencies to align strategies, improve ways of working, and deliver impactful outcomes.

What we’re looking for

  • Strategic and creative marketer who can turn customer and market insights into compelling, customer-first campaigns.

  • Proven experience in financial services marketing, ideally with 5+ years in integrated product marketing or agency roles.
