Position Overview
Antares is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our Managed Services and Strategic customers, ensuring they receive exceptional value from their technology investments. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact and customer advocate for your portfolio, driving seamless on-boarding experience, overseeing the effective delivery of services, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships across all stakeholder levels, from C-suite to end users.
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 30 - 45 customer accounts, with performance outcomes aligned to customer retention, satisfaction, and overall engagement. A strong understanding of technologies such as SharePoint, BI and data analytics and custom AI applications is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for Managed Services and strategic customers, building and maintaining strong relationships across all stakeholder levels.
• Drive an excellent customer experience across onboarding, adoption, service delivery, and ongoing engagement, including maintaining regular customer cadences.
• Liaise with customer stakeholders throughout the Managed Services lifecycle to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistent communication.
• Determine appropriate service features, functionality, and solution approaches in collaboration with technical experts for customers.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation, governance, road maps, and manage the licensing process.
• Manage the renewal process for Managed Services customers, including creating and reviewing Statements of Work to ensure alignment with customer needs and service standards.
• Work closely with Managed Services consultants to resolve escalations promptly and effectively.
• Drive strong customer retention by proactively identifying risks, addressing issues early, and ensuring customers see ongoing value from our solutions.
• Identify and nurture opportunities to grow Managed Services accounts.
• Drive outcomes that ensure high customer satisfaction, strong retention, and ongoing engagement across your Managed Services portfolio.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
• Strong technical background, particularly with Microsoft technologies and related IT solutions.
• Excellent customer management and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights.
• Confident managing multiple priorities within a structured service model.
• Strong planning, organisation, and time management capabilities.
You will be required to have the below:
• Valid National Police Check
• Valid Australian Driver’s License
