About the role
Sitting within the Corporate Affairs & Communications function, this role provides hands-on delivery and subject matter support, taking ownership of creative outputs and contributing to improved digital delivery standards across the Group.
The role supports the Digital, Brand and Creative function through the development, production and coordination of creative assets, ensuring outputs are accurate, on‑brand and delivered on time. A key focus is improving efficiency by reducing reliance on external suppliers for routine creative production and ad‑hoc requests.
As an Advisor, you will partner with the Senior Advisor Digital Platforms to support better ways of working through technology, insights and innovation.
Key responsibilities
Drive digital performance
- Deliver digital and visual creative assets in line with approved briefs, timelines and brand standards.
- Support the production of creative materials across digital and corporate channels, including layout, formatting and execution.
- Coordinate creative requests and inputs, ensuring information is accurate, complete and ready for delivery.
- Manage updates and revisions to creative assets based on feedback and direction.
Brand and visual consistency
- Apply CIMIC brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs.
- Use approved templates and visual standards when producing or updating materials.
- Identify and escalate potential brand inconsistencies or issues where required.
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Support the effective day-to-day use of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
Brand & Visual Consistency
- Apply CIMIC Group brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Use approved templates and visual standards when producing materials.
- Flag potential brand or visual inconsistencies to senior team members.
Digital Asset Management
- Support daily use of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
- Upload, organise and maintain assets in line with naming and metadata standards.
- Assist with version control and ensure asset accuracy.
Stakeholder & Team Support
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the Group and operating companies.
- Respond to creative requests professionally and in a timely manner.
- Engage with suppliers and vendors under guidance from senior team members.
Learning & Development
- Actively build skills in digital design, creative production and brand application.
- Seek and action feedback to strengthen creative capability.
- Stay aware of emerging tools, technologies and industry best practice.
About you
- Proven experience in digital publishing and optimisation.
- Understanding of CMS / CMP / Content Hub platforms (Sitecore preferred).
- Exposure to analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
