About the Role 

As an Internal Communications Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of our efforts to inform, engage, and inspire our people. Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you’ll work closely with HR, leaders, and teams across the business to deliver creative campaigns and initiatives that bring our strategy and values to life. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Craft engaging content for a variety of internal channels inclduing newsletters, intranet, emails and social platforms, ensuring every message is clear, consistent and meaningful. 

  • Organise and facilitate internal events and crew engagement activities that foster a sense of belonging and excitement. 

  • Be a visible and approachable representative of the Corporate Communications team, building relationships and gathering feedback to continuously improve how we connect with our people. 

  • Support the rollout of innovative communications tools and platforms, helping us reach teams wherever they are and drive quality communications across the organisation. 

  • Analyse feedback and engagement metrics to measure the impact of your work and identify new opportunities to make a difference. 

  • Assist with creative initiatives and administrative tasks that keep our communications running smoothly. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a professional environment, ideally with qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related field. 

  • Excellent writing and content creation skills and a flair for crafting clear, engaging content tailored to internal audiences. 

  • Flexibility, adaptability and a collaborative spirit, ready to work with a range of leaders and teams. 

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency and the right tone in every message. 

  • A genuine passion for connecting people and building a positive, inclusive culture.
