About the Role:

The Investor Relations Manager will act as the primary point of contact for studio investors, ensuring effective communication and management of investor-related processes.  This role involves overseeing relations for a growing portfolio of studio investors, guiding them through lease execution, providing timely updates on operational and financial performance, and addressing any concerns.

The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, including Property, Construction, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure investor-owned studios achieve financial goals, maintain performance standards, and drive membership growth.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for a growing portfolio of studio investors; providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Liaise with Property, Construction, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure investor-owned studios meet operational, financial, and membership performance goals.
  • Partner closely with the Property team throughout site selection, Letter of Offer (LOO), and lease negotiation processes; ensuring investors receive timely updates and documentation as sites progress.
  • Coordinate with the Construction team to provide investors with regular project updates, key milestone notifications, and completion timelines.
  • Develop and refine processes for onboarding new investors, managing inquiries, and delivering consistent updates to support scalable growth.
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of monthly performance reports by working with internal teams to compile accurate, timely information.
  • Ensure investor communications, reports, and systems evolve effectively as more investors join and new studios launch.
  • Provide insights to senior leadership on investor sentiment and emerging trends to help align investor priorities with company objectives.
  • Perform administrative and coordination tasks as needed to support investor relations and day-to-day operations.
