As Logistics Analyst, you will own the support, monitoring, analysis, interpretation and actioning of the day-to-day operational aspects with our 3PL partners in both warehousing and transportation. In joining the Medtronic Deliver Operations team as a Warehouse Analyst you will be joining a team, where putting the patient first is central to all we do.
This is a 12 month contract and will report into the Senior Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Support the Medtronic Senior Logistics Manager by providing direction and leadership to the 3PL in executing daily operations, projects and process improvements
Oversee daily warehouse and transport operations, ensuring performance targets are met.
Liaise with the Warehouse (WH) team to coordinate efficient and timely dispatch of orders.
Problem solve, root cause analysis and resolution of issues that occur during daily operations.
Produce, publish and distribute both scheduled and ad-hoc reports ensuring data integrity and completeness
Manage outbound performance SDS metric with 3PL and drive initiatives to improve Order Line Transport Performance (OLTP)
Update Tier boards daily with KPI for our Deliver Operations Team
Lead logistics projects focused on improving service levels and driving cost savings.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
High School Diploma, Vocational diploma, or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Logistics
Microsoft Excel – advanced data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.
Power BI – performance dashboards and analytics.
SAP – order management, system troubleshooting, and reporting.
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
