Introduction to team

Expedia Group B2B connects partners across the travel industry to our leading technology, supply, and services – helping them deliver seamless travel experiences to their customers. From airlines and hotels to financial institutions and other travel platforms, we power smarter, faster, and more impactful travel solutions through the most connected marketplace in the world.

As a Partner Solutions Manager, you will sit at the heart of our Expedia Group B2B business, helping strategic partners launch and optimize travel solutions that are powered by Expedia technology. You will turn complex business needs into scalable technical implementations, ensuring our partners can offer outstanding travel experiences to their customers.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, analytics, operations, and commercial teams across the region, driving clarity, alignment, and momentum on highly visible, multi-stakeholder projects.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects for new and existing B2B partners, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and post-go-live optimization.
  • Translate partner needs into clear business and technical requirements, collaborating with product and engineering teams to design scalable, reusable solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with external partner stakeholders (technical, commercial, and operational), acting as a trusted advisor on Expedia Group products, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and provide clear, concise status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze data and performance insights to recommend improvements that increase partner adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion partner feedback into product roadmaps and internal discussions, helping teams prioritize enhancements that unlock value for both partners and Expedia Group.

Experience and qualifications:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in a partner-facing implementation, technical account management, solutions consulting, or technical program/project management role in technology, SaaS, marketplaces, payments, or online travel.
  • You have hands-on experience leading complex B2B integrations such as APIs, SSO, payment or booking systems, white-label/embedded solutions, with the ability to discuss technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.
  • You are confident managing external enterprise stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams, with a track record of driving alignment, handling ambiguity, and delivering on time in complex, multi-partner environments.
  • You bring strong project/program management skills – planning, prioritisation, risk and dependency management, and clear written and verbal communication.
  • You are comfortable working with data and tools (e.g., dashboards, basic SQL or Excel) to monitor performance, identify issues, and support data-driven decisions.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • Experience working with partners or customers across Asia Pacific and in a global, matrixed organisation is a strong plus.
