In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $350,000.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the algo product roadmap and development queue for US equity algo trading business.
- Collaborate with sales, technology, quant research, trading and, compliance teams to deliver new algos and features
- Work with the algo quantitative development team to research and analyze trading performance
- Work with sales team to understand client requirements, making recommendations, setup algo configurations, run A/B experiments and provide TCA analysis
- Work with marketing and the sales team to communicate new product features and product highlights
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience with Algo Product Management experience
- A track record of owning and delivering high-impact business initiatives with measurable topline results
- Experience with US Equities, Electronic Trading, and Algo Trading preferred
- Bachelor's degree from a top tier university
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and US Equity market microstructure
- Experience with Python, Q, KDB, SQL and ability to use Tableau
- Demonstrated project management skills including experience with common project management tools
