The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in the Business Banking Data & Analytics team, you collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and develop strategies that drive product performance and enhance user experience. You leverage advanced analytics to inform product development and investment decisions, contributing to the success of Business Banking.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define and monitor key performance indicators
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize product features
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate product performance to stakeholders
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across analytics platforms, collaborating with data engineering teams
- Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to inform product strategy and benchmark metrics
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering with quantitative research and data analysis
- Eight years of experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau
- Strong critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to define metrics, evaluate results, and draw business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in data integrity and consistency across analytics platforms
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in data-driven storytelling to support strategic growth initiatives
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams
