About the Role
As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you'll provide expert advice and operational support across a broad range of compliance activities. Your work will help safeguard Mastercard's reputation and ensure we meet the highest standards in financial services and anti-money laundering regulations.
What you'll do:
• Advise on regulatory obligations and market practices.• Support new product initiatives and strategic projects.• Assist with AML/CTF operational activities, including transaction monitoring and reporting.• Conduct oversight and assurance of compliance functions.• Review and approve product disclosure statements (PDS), financial services guides (FSG), and marketing materials.• Manage responses to external dispute resolution bodies (AFCA, FSCL).• Recommend and implement effective AML/CTF controls to mitigate risk.• Escalate and document identified non-compliance issues.

You'll have:
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF and AFSL regulatory frameworks.• Experience in compliance within the cards or payments industry.• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills.• Investigative mindset and attention to detail.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including influencing and negotiation capabilities.• CAMS certification highly regarded.
