WorkCanvas.com, the latest product from monday.com, is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our small, dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and build new features, directly influencing the future of our product from UI to database. You will be based at our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.
- Demonstrated strong technical skills and a passion for developing products that users love and use daily.
- Deep knowledge of React (Next.js), Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright, or Cypress).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS) — particularly CI/CD, deployments, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability in both frontend and backend.
- Team player with strong communication skills and empathy.
- Experience with WebSockets, real-time collaboration, or CRDTs/Replicache-like frameworks - Advantage
- Experience with Frontend Graphics and Canvas API - Advantage
