Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems with a focus on AI and agent/chatbot technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and drive innovation in digital operations.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and architecture to deployment and support.
- Take part in on-call rotations to ensure high availability and reliability of our services.
- Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor other engineers.
- Work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on backend development.
- Experience shipping code as part of a team in a production environment.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and scalable backend architectures.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity in AI + building cutting edge AI features
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar frameworks used to build AI Agents
- Background as a Backend Engineer with AI experience, or as a Machine Learning Engineer with product development experience.
- Experience working in SaaS or cloud-based environments.
- Recent hands-on experience in AI or chatbot development
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience mentoring or leading other engineers.
