Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems with a focus on AI and agent/chatbot technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and drive innovation in digital operations.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and architecture to deployment and support.
  • Take part in on-call rotations to ensure high availability and reliability of our services.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor other engineers.
  • Work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on backend development.
  • Experience shipping code as part of a team in a production environment.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and scalable backend architectures.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity in AI + building cutting edge AI features 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar frameworks used to build AI Agents
  • Background as a Backend Engineer with AI experience, or as a Machine Learning Engineer with product development experience.
  • Experience working in SaaS or cloud-based environments.
  • Recent hands-on experience in AI or chatbot development
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience mentoring or leading other engineers.
