Job Description

  • Drive strategic sourcing and recruitment delivery, building proactive talent pipelines and ensuring consistent, high quality outcomes across the hiring lifecycle.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, insight led and cost effective talent solutions aligned to workforce plans.

In this leadership role, you will guide team performance, allocate workloads and ensure delivery against agreed goals, with a strong focus on data quality, process adherence and efficient use of systems. You will leverage SmartRecruiters and other TA technologies to ensure accurate funnel management, maintain clean data and optimise reporting insights through tools such as Power BI.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives across your portfolio, driving smarter ways of working including increased use of proactive sourcing, talent communities and AI enabled tools to elevate both efficiency and experience. You will ensure recruitment processes are compliant, consistent and future focused, while actively contributing to improvements identified through TA reviews and business feedback.

By fostering a high-performance culture, embedding accountability and strengthening collaboration, you will position TA as a trusted, value adding function that is easy to deal with and delivers a high quality, consistent experience across the Group.

  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence leaders and improve hiring practices and workforce outcomes.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement, including process optimisation, adoption of TA technologies, and embedding new ways of working.
  • Strong capability in leveraging recruitment systems such as SmartRecruiters, along with sourcing tools, talent communities and AI enabled solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver a consistent, professional TA experience across all touchpoints.
