About the role:

Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, this pivotal role is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Telecommunications Department, ensuring each guest interaction reflects the intuitive, warm, and seamless service that defines Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.
 

What you will do:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the Telecommunications department
  • Leading, coaching, motivating and developing our onsite telecommunications team 
  • Enhancing and maintaining our high service quality and standards
  • Maintaining Global standards in communications related areas including FS Chat
  • Working closely with other departments on a day to day basis including Reservations and Front Desk

What you will bring:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within reservations or front office in a large international hotel
  • Sound understanding of Rooms Division
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Opera experience essential
  • The ability to inspire the team with a hands on approach and leading by example
  • The ability to work weekends and evenings as the department operates 7 days a week
