Own end-to-end product outcomes for network‑embedded fraud, scam and protection capabilities (PMM, TMM, EIR, Calltrack). Define vision, roadmap, KPIs, and prioritised backlogs; shape scalable cloud and software‑defined solutions; partner with engineering, cyber, data, legal and commercial teams to ensure resilience, observability, regulatory readiness and measurable risk reduction.

Lead development and execution of Fixed Connectivity and NaaP portfolio strategy and 12-24 month roadmaps. Coordinate cross-functional planning, monitor portfolio performance, gather customer and market insights, enable innovation and support executive decision-making through strategic papers and presentations.

Lead national partner alignment and relationship management to drive commercial and operational performance. Shape strategy with senior leaders, deliver financial oversight (budgeting, forecasting, EBIT), provide data-driven insights, manage planning and governance cycles, identify value-creation opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure cross-functional coordination across product, sales, and operations.
