Serve as the technical bridge between Aikido Security and customers in Australia. Manage at-risk accounts, drive product adoption and value realization, onboard and deploy new clients, troubleshoot workflow issues, escalate complex problems, train customer teams, and share product feedback. The role requires AppSec expertise, strong technical debugging ability, proactive communication, independence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Manage and close sales opportunities across Australia and New Zealand, prospect through outbound campaigns, follow up on inbound leads, and adapt the go-to-market playbook for ANZ. Build early customer relationships, establish local momentum, and collaborate with global sales and marketing teams. The role requires entrepreneurial ownership, SaaS or DevSecOps sales experience, technical comfort with developers, and residence in Sydney or Melbourne.

Own and grow Aikido's channel partner ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand. Build partner-sourced pipeline, enable and activate partners with joint GTM plans and training, track KPIs in CRM/PRM, and co-close deals to hit regional targets while fostering long-term partner relationships.
