As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will design and deliver sustainable electrical systems for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with Australian standards while collaborating with project teams.

Lead delivery of multidisciplinary building electrical projects (Defence, data centres, transport, aviation). Provide technical leadership and quality assurance, mentor engineers, manage project delivery and financial performance, build client relationships, and support business development and innovation across the NSW&ACT Buildings practice.

As an IT Solution Engineer, you will deliver enterprise connectivity and infrastructure initiatives, support project teams, and implement technical solutions for network modernization and office relocations.

Design and assess stormwater systems (pits, pipes, channels, culverts) from concept to construction. Perform hydrologic/hydraulic modelling, prepare calculations, reports, drawings and liaise with authorities and stakeholders. Support integration with other disciplines and improve stormwater tools and workflows.

Lead high-value energy transaction and advisory engagements, providing technical due diligence, risk/opportunity assessment, and commercial advice to investors, developers, utilities and major energy users. Build client relationships, originate opportunities, partner with technical specialists, and develop advisory capability and future leaders across national teams.

Design and lead traffic and transport planning, feasibility studies and impact assessments for road, active transport and precinct projects; provide client advice, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to bids and digital tool/automation development.

Deliver transport modelling projects and inputs using dynamic network and analytical traffic models; provide technical advice, collaborate across teams, maintain client relationships, stay current with industry developments, and lead quality-focused, client-centred work.

Lead high-value energy transaction advisory engagements, provide technical due diligence and commercial insight, advise investors and developers, translate analysis into clear investment-grade advice, grow client relationships, and develop advisory capability and future leaders across national teams.

Paid 12-week summer internship for First Nations students to gain hands-on experience in engineering consulting. Work on real multidisciplinary projects, receive mentorship and training, build professional networks, and explore pathways into Aurecon's Graduate Program while supported by First Nations networks and RAP resources.

Design and deliver substation secondary systems (up to 500 kV); lead engineering projects ensuring QA and technical standards; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams; contribute to proposals and client engagement; mentor and develop junior engineers.

Provide legal, risk and governance advice across construction, advisory and digital projects. Review and negotiate contracts, manage disputes and external law firms, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and deliver training on legal and governance matters to support project teams and senior leadership.
