Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers, advise them on maximizing product value, coordinate onboarding and delivery, manage complex initiatives, facilitate governance forums, monitor milestones and KPIs, identify risks, and drive continuous improvements. The role partners across Customer Success, Delivery, and Commercial teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and advocate for customer needs.

Provides commercial legal advice across contracts, procurement, tenders, software licences, intellectual property, corporate governance, property, disputes, and regulatory matters. Drafts and negotiates agreements, maintains legal templates, supports litigation and company secretarial activities, and delivers legal guidance to business stakeholders. This is a 12-month maximum-term contract requiring Australian legal admission and strong commercial judgment.
