The Business Development Manager is responsible for building relationships with enterprise and government clients, guiding them through complex tech solutions, and achieving sales outcomes.

Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team managing Business, Enterprise, and Government portfolios. Own AR systems, reporting, governance and debtor performance. Drive collections, credit risk management, escalations, reconciliations, audits, and process improvements to strengthen controls, improve cash flow, and maintain positive customer and stakeholder relationships.

Design, build and optimise personalised automated customer journeys across email, SMS and push. Manage and improve automated campaigns, audience segmentation and the communications calendar. Analyse campaign data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable).
