Leads recruitment and People Operations across the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through mobility and offboarding. Manages and develops a high-performing team, improves processes through automation and AI, and uses Workday, reporting, KPIs, and employee insights to enhance service delivery. The role also oversees workforce planning, stakeholder and vendor relationships, compliance, change initiatives, and continuous operational improvement.

Provides commercial legal advice across contracts, procurement, tenders, software licences, intellectual property, corporate governance, property, disputes, and regulatory matters. Drafts and negotiates agreements, maintains legal templates, supports litigation and company secretarial activities, and delivers legal guidance to business stakeholders. This is a 12-month maximum-term contract requiring Australian legal admission and strong commercial judgment.

Leads corporate tax compliance, governance, risk management, reporting, and advisory activities across income tax, GST, FBT, and international tax. Provides tax advice for business decisions and strategic initiatives, supports audits, M&A, transfer pricing, and financial disclosures, and improves tax processes while partnering with Finance, business stakeholders, and external advisors.

Designs, builds, and maintains reliable, scalable infrastructure and platforms. Develops automation, improves monitoring and observability, supports production systems through troubleshooting and incident response, and analyzes performance, cost, and utilization. Maintains infrastructure as code, documents systems and incidents, contributes to PHP application reliability, and mentors team members. Collaborates across network, cloud, platform, software, and operations teams.
