Lead paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels. Manage campaign optimisation, budget pacing, targeting, bidding, creative testing, reporting, and conversion performance. Analyse CPC, CPL, CPA, ROI, and full-funnel metrics using dashboards and platform automation. Partner with media agencies and Digital, Product, UX, Data, Legal, Compliance, and Design teams to improve tracking, landing-page conversion, and compliant campaign delivery.

Supports the CFO and executive leadership through management and Board reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and commercial insights. The role identifies business risks, trends, and opportunities; contributes to external ASX reporting; and provides decision support across strategy, ROI, cost-benefit analysis, competitor analysis, and company-wide projects. It requires strong stakeholder engagement, financial services expertise, and advanced Excel modeling skills.
