Manage the Knowledge Management System, create and review content, lead induction and upskilling for Client Services, conduct quality monitoring of interactions, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with leaders to raise frontline capability.

Manage and oversee Private Markets portfolio including origination, due diligence, execution and monitoring of direct and partnership investments across infrastructure, property, private equity and credit. Support product initiatives, capital raising, investor reporting, and governance committee materials while collaborating with Product, Finance, Legal, Strategy and Distribution teams and contributing to private markets thought leadership.

Provide senior executive support to the CEO, COO and ELT, including complex calendar/email management, preparing board/ELT papers, driving OKRs, and acting as a trusted liaison. Lead, mentor and manage a team of Executive Assistants, establish service standards and workflows, improve administrative systems, and ensure seamless coordination across the organisation.
