Manage a portfolio of national and enterprise accounts to drive revenue, retention and contracted service delivery. Execute and optimise website content, SEO, SEM, paid media and digital campaigns across channels. Manage CMS, landing pages, on-site promotions and digital assets. Monitor performance with analytics to identify optimisation opportunities. Collaborate with product/UX teams to implement website improvements. Support email marketing, marketing personalisation, CRM and campaign deployments while ensuring alignment with brand and customer journey best practices.

Manage end-to-end strategic partnerships with airlines and OTAs (e.g., Qantas, Booking.com). Own commercial negotiations, joint business plans, KPI tracking, channel optimisation, and cross-functional execution to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and international growth.

Lead and grow corporate customer base across ANZ by sourcing and converting new business, negotiating contracts, and coaching a small team of Business Development Managers to meet individual and team revenue targets.
