Oversees onboarding, configuration, training, testing, change management, customer communication, resource allocation, project timelines, documentation, and early adoption. The role is remote in Australia with approximately 40% domestic travel and occasional international travel.

Provide first-line technical support for Axon hardware and software via phone and email. Troubleshoot networking, installations, registrations, device returns; build product expertise; report bugs and improvement suggestions; meet performance and quality goals.
