Early-career intern will support AI projects for compliance and risk (KYC, KYB, EDD). Tasks include testing and optimizing LLM/Agent workflows, reviewing prompts and model outputs, documenting findings and edge cases, supporting small-scale implementations, and performing operational analysis to improve processes.

Lead global card program roadmap and launches (virtual and physical), manage issuer/processor/manufacturer relationships, integrate digital wallets (Apple/Google Pay), oversee card supply chain and vendors, negotiate commercial agreements, build SOPs and scalable operations, drive GTM with Product and Growth, and monitor performance through data-driven analysis.

Lead strategy and execution for virtual and physical card products, managing end-to-end launches, vendor and partner relationships (issuers, processors, BIN sponsors, manufacturers), wallet integrations, commercial negotiations, card production and fulfillment, and build scalable SOPs while monitoring performance and driving operational improvements.

Develop and maintain backend services for Binance Pay and Card, including scalable APIs, microservices, distributed transaction systems, and financial workflows. Work with databases, caches, queues, observability tools, and reliability practices. Troubleshoot production issues, write tested code, participate in reviews, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. This is an early-career accelerator internship for current students and recent graduates.

Analyze billions of user behavior, fund-flow, and market records using PySpark, Hive, Trino, and SQL. Build feature pipelines, investigate data anomalies, and develop and evaluate machine learning models for risk detection. Translate model performance into business metrics such as detection rate, false-positive rate, and latency while owning a project stream end to end.

Designs and maintains automated testing frameworks for margin trading and risk systems using Java and/or Rust. Responsibilities include test planning, environment management, black-box and white-box testing, security and performance testing, defect analysis, and validation of complex trading workflows, margin calculations, liquidation processes, and high-concurrency distributed systems.

Designs and maintains scalable data pipelines, platform infrastructure, and backend services supporting AI Agent systems. Builds monitoring, alerting, observability, and data-quality capabilities while integrating distributed systems, databases, and message queues. Collaborates with AI, product, DevOps, frontend, and QA teams, and supports existing services to ensure stability and continuity.

Conduct technical research at the intersection of AI and blockchain, exploring LLMs, agents, on-chain data, trading, and intelligent applications. Build reproducible prototypes and validate innovative ideas through proof-of-concepts and product demonstrations. Track industry developments, analyze research findings, document conclusions, and collaborate with algorithm and engineering teams to advance concepts toward implementation.

Develop AI-driven quantitative trading strategies across traditional and on-chain markets. Responsibilities include factor mining, prediction modeling, strategy design, backtesting, portfolio construction, risk control, execution optimization, and live deployment. Build end-to-end research and trading pipelines, integrate data and low-latency execution systems, and optimize strategy performance, P&L, alpha generation, and risk across equities, futures, and cryptocurrency markets.

Design, build, and operate Java backend services, REST APIs, compliance capabilities, and analytics products. Develop blockchain data pipelines, model relational and NoSQL data, optimize queries, and improve production reliability, observability, and performance. Translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with compliance and product specialists. The role may also involve AWS infrastructure, Kafka, crypto integrations, and AI-assisted development tools.

Own Binance Earn’s TradFi product line, including ETFs, mutual funds, equities, futures, and structured options products. Lead product strategy, market research, requirements, PRDs, design, launch, and iteration. Partner with Quant, Market Makers, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations to deliver regulated financial products. Optimize structured-product pricing, yields, launch strategies, and growth metrics while exploring tokenized assets, RWA, and crypto-TradFi opportunities.

Leads analysis, mining, modeling, and visualization of large-scale transactional, operational, and customer data. Partners with compliance teams to prioritize analytical use cases, support regulatory requirements, improve business efficiency, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. Oversees multidisciplinary analysts, manages stakeholder data requests, assesses business changes, and develops analytical systems using machine learning, big data technologies, and visualization tools.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems for a Web3 Wallet DEX. Apply blockchain technology, contribute to technical architecture, improve system reliability and scalability, and introduce innovative solutions. The role requires Java development, distributed systems expertise, MySQL performance tuning, and collaboration in a fast-paced team.

Lead Android architecture and infrastructure for Binance mobile apps: design, build, optimize, and maintain high-performance Kotlin/Java applications, create shared libraries and toolchains, collaborate on hybrid JavaScript runtimes, and use profiling and AI-assisted debugging to troubleshoot and improve app performance.

Owns end-to-end delivery and roadmap strategy for exchange crypto wallet products. Coordinates product, engineering, and design teams; leads tokenized asset, deposit, withdrawal, and distribution initiatives; improves user experience and security; evaluates feature performance using data; and communicates plans to senior stakeholders. Requires experience with complex integrations, financial or payment products, blockchain exposure, agile methodologies, and bilingual English-Mandarin communication.

Develop and optimize marketing-focused algorithmic models (CTR/CVR, LTV, attribution, uplift), design lifecycle strategies for acquisition/retention, validate via A/B testing and causal inference, and collaborate with data/product/operations to deploy models into marketing systems to drive growth.

Lead end-to-end QA for Fiat/BigPay: plan tests, design and execute cases across App/Web/Backend/Admin, maintain Python pytest+k6 automation framework, drive feature and edge-case testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to close quality loops.

Design and maintain Binance's login, registration, and account-security experiences across web and mobile. Build an in-house AI facial-recognition KYC product, integrate authentication flows (passkeys/FIDO2, MFA), develop Node.js server-side and BFF layers, publish shared SDKs, optimize performance and observability, and drive product improvements using data.

Design, develop, and manage large-scale search and content recommendation systems. Apply ML-based personalization to improve content matching and distribution. Lead core recommendation module development, define success metrics, and collaborate with content, product, and business teams to drive AI product upgrades and better user and business outcomes.

Develop, deploy, and maintain LLM pipelines and RAG QA/search systems; design and optimize prompts and multi-agent LLM architectures; operate multi‑GPU/cluster inference; build evaluation pipelines for model quality, bias, and hallucination; collaborate with product and CS teams to integrate conversational AI.
