Own end-to-end recruiting across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Operations. Partner with hiring managers to define strategies, proactively source and engage candidates, run structured interviews, build talent pipelines across Australia and the US, improve processes and tools, provide market insights, and strengthen employer brand to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and timely hires.

Own and maintain Blinq's data analytics infrastructure and pipelines. Integrate data from multiple sources, build ETL processes, enforce data quality and validation, design scalable data processing systems, maintain dashboards, and partner with Product and Engineering to enable data-driven decisions and reporting.

Design, build, and operate scalable Node.js/TypeScript backend services and APIs. Own features end-to-end, improve reliability, performance, security, and observability, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and use AI-assisted workflows to increase developer productivity.

Build and maintain the analytics layer: scalable ELT pipelines, dbt models, canonical metrics and dashboards. Partner with Product, Growth, Revenue, Finance and Engineering to enable reliable self-serve analytics, experimentation, funnel/cohort analysis, and improve data quality through testing, documentation, lineage, and monitoring.
