Manage and grow strategic customer and partner relationships, develop and execute account plans, identify new business opportunities, lead commercial activities (bids, negotiations, contracts), act as the customer advocate to shape delivery, monitor market trends, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide pipeline reporting to support business planning.

Provide technical leadership for metering operations in NSW: support field teams and partners, ensure safe compliant installations, troubleshoot complex issues, deliver training and guidance, conduct audits/investigations, coordinate field activities, and contribute to continuous improvement and HSEQ initiatives.

Provide administrative support for metering deployment: plan schedules, coordinate with field teams, communicate updates to customers via calls and email, handle issues, maintain accurate records, and identify process improvements.
