Own vendor activation and day-to-day partner operations: onboard vendors, resolve escalations, maintain enablement materials, track vendor performance and risk, provide vendor feedback to improve processes, set acquisition targets, and support partner governance forums.

Own and resolve complex customer complaints end-to-end across credit products and third-party vendors. Prepare submissions and represent the business in External Dispute Resolution (AFCA). Identify root causes, escalate systemic issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and use AI tools for triage, drafting and trend analysis.

Provide end-to-end commercial contracting, maintain customer credit/product documentation compliant with consumer-credit regulation, translate regulatory change into operational controls, support disputes/AFCA matters, build templates/playbooks and self-serve legal capability, and use AI tools responsibly to draft, review and triage legal work.

Senior individual-contributor People Partner responsible for employee relations, hiring end-to-end, performance & remuneration, org and role design, and change management. Advise leaders on complex cases, lead investigations, run remuneration reviews, shape workforce planning, and use AI tools to streamline processes while maintaining strong candidate experience and defensible outcomes.
