Provide advanced technical support for Mainframe Access and Compliance software, troubleshoot complex z/OS issues, reproduce problems in lab environments, work with Product Engineering on defects, maintain knowledgebase (KCS), mentor junior staff, and communicate security and compliance impacts to customers and stakeholders.
