Administers office and people operations across APAC offices, including facilities coordination, business continuity, WHS support, onboarding, HRIS data management, travel and expense oversight, vendor coordination, internal communications, training, and employee events. Partners with senior leaders and stakeholders to improve employee experience, maintain accurate records, and support employment lifecycle processes in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Provide on-site front-line technical support to a Sydney trading desk, maintaining network, storage, data-center, desktops and systems. Support Excel/VBA/Python desk tools, administer Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Active Directory, manage Linux VMs, assist storage migrations, and coordinate with APAC/US technology teams to resolve incidents and improve reliability.
