Partners with Talent Acquisition and senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps, future hiring needs, and workforce risks. Improves workforce analytics, reporting, automation, data quality, and planning frameworks while translating complex data into practical business insights that support talent and business strategy.

Leads executive and senior leadership recruitment across CIMIC Group businesses. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate engagement, executive talent pipeline development, succession planning support, stakeholder advising, and management of external search partners. The role partners with senior operational leaders and HR teams to deliver confidential, commercially significant appointments and workforce insights across construction, engineering, infrastructure, resources, and related sectors.

Leads project controls governance, frameworks, systems, cost control, forecasting, earned value management, reporting, and continuous improvement across major construction and infrastructure projects. Oversees project setup, system configuration, performance monitoring, stakeholder engagement, compliance, training, and issue resolution. Provides commercial and financial insight on complex projects, mentors team members, drives transformational change, and influences executives, project directors, and clients.

Manages project startup, transition, and performance reviews across major infrastructure projects. Oversees ERP configuration, work breakdown structures, cost controls, schedules, bills of quantities, payroll setup, forecasting, earned value, and contractual compliance. Analyzes performance variances, identifies risks, supports corrective actions, improves forecasting accuracy, and advises senior stakeholders on project and commercial risks. Promotes consistent processes and continuous improvement across operating companies.
