Leads and grows a multidisciplinary design engineering practice supporting complex infrastructure and resources projects. Responsibilities include managing engineering teams, developing design strategies and governance, coordinating internal and external design partners, driving innovation and constructability, supporting bids and project delivery, and delivering profitable engineering services while reducing project cost and risk.

Lead the development and governance of GIS capability across EIC and CIMIC Group. Establish GIS standards, systems, operating protocols, and best practices while providing spatial expertise for bids, projects, and business operations. Drive technology adoption, data integrity, digital engineering integration, workforce capability, and innovative spatial solutions. The role also supports strategic planning, technical leadership, resource management, and cost recovery for GIS services.

Provides strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight for Digital Engineering services across infrastructure and construction businesses. Leads digital engineering strategies, BIM and information management practices, governance systems, capability development, continuous improvement, project delivery support, bid development, client presentations, resource planning, and cost recovery. Requires extensive experience leading Digital Engineering functions in major infrastructure, engineering, or construction environments.

Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, variance analysis, and executive financial insights for CPB Contractors. The role analyzes ERP, OneStream, and project data, partners with finance and project stakeholders, supports work-in-hand forecasting, improves reporting processes, and provides guidance to junior team members.
