Lead the end-to-end development of a greenfield, scalable SaaS platform for container deposit schemes. Define product strategy, roadmap, and solution direction; translate customer, business, and technical needs into product increments; and collaborate with engineering, design, and delivery teams. The role requires stakeholder alignment, data-informed prioritization, platform thinking, and strong product practice in an ambiguous environment while helping establish a broader product culture.

Lead organizational change across strategic transformation initiatives. Develop change strategies, impact assessments, readiness plans, communications, training, and adoption activities. Partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to manage risks, align stakeholders, embed new processes and systems, measure adoption, and coach managers through change. The role supports technology, ERP, digital, operating model, and broader business transformation programs.

Own strategic client relationships from onboarding through renewal, managing account health, satisfaction, retention, and commercial outcomes. Develop account plans, lead QBRs and governance forums, monitor service and commercial performance, identify risks and improvement opportunities, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, and serve as the primary contact for major client communications. The role partners with Service Centre, Product, and Delivery teams to improve service delivery and build a scalable client success approach.

Lead end-to-end delivery of software initiatives across product, engineering, data, operations, and external partners. Develop delivery plans, coordinate dependencies, manage risks and governance, support testing and releases, and provide reporting to stakeholders. Facilitate planning and decision-making forums while supporting change, communications, training, and operational readiness. The role requires strong stakeholder management, planning, communication, and experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
