Leads reactive and proactive incident response engagements across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Performs advanced host and network forensics across Windows, macOS, and Linux; advises customers during security incidents; develops remediation plans; produces reports and presentations; communicates with technical and executive audiences; mentors junior consultants; and contributes cybersecurity thought leadership through public content and speaking.

Provide broad HR support across the JAPAC employee lifecycle, partnering with HRBPs and centers of excellence on talent management, employee relations, performance management, engagement, compensation, benefits, compliance, reporting, and offboarding. Advise employees, support performance improvement processes, analyze HR data, maintain policies, and use AI tools to improve HR workflows and decision-making.

Detect, contain, and remediate security incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux; perform basic malware analysis and forensic/network log analysis; develop detection and remediation processes; produce written/verbal reports for customers; lead internal programs and present industry thought leadership.

The role involves ensuring the reliability and scalability of the NG-SIEM platform by developing monitoring and scaling solutions, managing incidents, and improving platform health. Collaboration with teams for capacity planning and automation is key.

Operate and scale the NG-SIEM Serverless Cell Platform: monitor and maintain LogScale cells, respond to incidents/on-call, perform upgrades, capacity planning, build automation and Go microservices to enable self-healing, and collaborate with product and support teams.

Lead and grow the Enterprise Sales Engineering team, own technical sales strategy and campaign execution across the territory, coordinate technical resources for customers, drive technical evaluations to a documented win, represent CrowdStrike publicly, partner closely with sales, and develop team capability and enablement.
