Support Surveillance Systems & Technical Manager by maintaining and integrating surveillance and access control systems (CCTV, video analytics, facial recognition), performing preventative/reactive maintenance, troubleshooting networked equipment, producing performance reports, contributing to technical projects and documentation, and supporting Surveillance Operations.

Greet guests, manage spa bookings and enquiries, coordinate therapists, support daily operations, maintain reception presentation, promote services and retail, assist with stock takes and ad hoc tasks while upholding five-star service standards on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

Manage end-to-end medium and high-risk employee relations cases, provide compliant ER advice, conduct investigations, coach leaders, partner with stakeholders and unions, manage Fair Work escalations, maintain ER records, and improve ER policies and processes.
