Oversee fund and SPV administration for real estate portfolios, including management accounts, financial statements, NAV calculations, audits, tax compliance, payment services, client onboarding, and service-provider coordination. Serve as the primary contact for Australian client accounts, maintain client relationships, ensure high-quality delivery, and coach junior staff and offshore team members.

Manages fund and SPV administration for real estate, private equity, and fund-of-funds clients. Oversees management accounts, financial statements, audits, tax filings, payment services, NAV calculations, KYC compliance, billing, and client relationships. Acts as a final reviewer, coaches team members, manages external service providers, supports business growth, and leads process improvements, risk reviews, and technology initiatives.

Reviews and coordinates custody services for managed investment funds, including bank account openings and closures, AML/KYC documentation, payment processing, reconciliations, document custody, asset registers, reporting, client queries, policy adherence, and process improvement. The role also supports projects and maintains strong relationships with fund managers and banking partners.
