Leads Daon’s APAC Customer Success and delivery organization, owning onboarding, adoption, retention, customer outcomes, project delivery, executive relationships, escalations, and services growth. The Director manages geographically distributed technical teams, partners with Sales on solution scoping and Statements of Work, supports pilots and proofs of concept, and drives commercial performance, reporting, utilization, and billing across enterprise and government customers.

Lead enterprise sales and solution advisory for digital identity, biometric authentication, and identity verification technologies. Qualify opportunities, support new and existing customer growth, deliver demonstrations, lead RFP and proof-of-concept responses, and advise clients on secure scalable architectures. Partner with Customer Success and Engineering on implementation, adoption, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Provide industry expertise, roadmap insights, stakeholder leadership, and event representation while traveling up to 15%.
