Prospect and close enterprise sales opportunities with higher education organizations across a national territory. The role owns territory relationship maps, develops customer business expertise, negotiates pricing and value, expands existing accounts, builds pipeline, identifies opportunity drivers, manages customer expectations, and maintains accurate forecasts. Regular travel to client sites is required. Candidates should have 5+ years of closing experience, success with $800K+ sales targets and $50K+ average deals, and experience selling SaaS, IT infrastructure, or similar technology to state, local, and education organizations.

Lead and mentor Technical Escalation Engineers, ensuring project success and enhancing customer experience. Collaborate with leadership to implement operational improvements and drive cross-functional alignment. Focus on strategy, coaching, and refining escalation workflows.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will manage customer relationships, ensure successful product adoption, and identify growth opportunities for a high volume of accounts.
