Partner with sales teams to qualify and close opportunities by delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and customer evaluations. Support onboarding, resolve technical concerns, escalate bugs, provide product feedback, and maintain expertise in DevOps monitoring and architecture tools. The role is hybrid and requires travel to client sites up to 25% of the time.

Manage and develop a distributed APJ team of Technical Enablement Managers delivering customer training. Drive enablement strategy, demand generation, intake and capacity planning, delivery quality, KPI performance, and program ROI. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and Technical Solutions leadership to improve adoption and scale offerings. Coach team members, support recruiting, promote responsible AI usage, and build scalable training processes. The role requires up to 25% regional travel.

Manage APAC safety and physical security operations, including investigations, compliance, risk management, travel and event security, crisis response, emergency preparedness, vendor oversight, and incident management. Develop regional security policies, training, and strategic programs; coordinate with cross-functional teams, law enforcement, and executives; oversee security personnel, assessments, budgets, and tabletop exercises across global offices.
