The role requires strong financial services experience, analytical and communication skills, and travel with Regional Directors.

Provide operational compliance capacity during organizational transition: review promotional material, coordinate regulatory lodgements, implement process automation and workflow improvements, maintain compliance monitoring and controls, oversee front-office mandate monitoring via CRIMS, review business initiatives for compliance, and track regulatory reforms with policy and training updates.
