Lead OT security monitoring and triage, investigate suspicious activity across industrial networks, tune detections, manage vulnerabilities and asset classification, and escalate findings to threat hunters and incident responders. Mentor analysts, produce customer-facing reports, support hardening recommendations, and collaborate across cybersecurity teams. The role requires shift-based coverage, occasional weekend on-call work, and expertise in network security, security monitoring, and ICS/OT environments.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for critical infrastructure customers across Australia and APAC. Lead onboarding, adoption, workshops, training, account reviews, and value-realization planning while improving customers’ OT cybersecurity maturity. Guide integrations, security workflows, risk reduction, and cyber resilience initiatives. Monitor account health, address adoption risks, collaborate with internal teams, and provide customer feedback. Travel throughout Australia, New Zealand, and APAC up to 30%.

Execute APAC field marketing programs, including events, webinars, campaigns, and ABM initiatives. Manage Salesforce and HubSpot data, campaign setup, lead routing, follow-up, attribution, reporting, partner campaigns, MDF administration, and regional activity calendars. Coordinate with sales, channel, customer experience, and marketing teams to improve funnel conversion and pipeline performance. Support target account research, contact discovery, account briefs, and partner activity across multiple time zones.
