Own post-sales relationships for SAP customers across NSW, developing success plans, monitoring customer health, driving adoption and retention, and identifying renewal and growth opportunities. The role coordinates Sales, Support, Operations, consulting, and delivery teams while advising customers on SAP transformation and optimization. It requires strong stakeholder management, SAP knowledge, communication skills, organization, and customer-centric problem solving.

Lead SAP consulting engagements focused on SAP SD, order-to-cash, and integrated supply chain solutions. Mentor consultants, coordinate project streams, facilitate stakeholder workshops, design enterprise SAP solutions, resolve complex business and system issues, and ensure high-quality delivery. The role also requires integration expertise across Salesforce, SAP CRM, SAP Commerce Cloud, and broader supply chain functions including procurement, warehousing, transportation, manufacturing, logistics, and service management.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP Private Cloud ERP solutions (greenfield and brownfield). Translate business requirements into scalable SAP architectures, provide technical/functional leadership from pre-sales to Aftercare, mentor consultants, and keep solutions aligned with SAP best practices and product roadmaps (S/4HANA, BTP).
