Deliver family-centred early intervention through the Early Supports Program. Partner with families to build capacity, coach caregivers, assess child development, promote inclusion and community participation, and apply evidence-informed best practices in early childhood support. Provide outreach across specified regions and engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration.

Provide family-centred early childhood intervention for young children with developmental delays under the NDIS Early Childhood Approach. Conduct assessments and observations, deliver evidence-informed supports, coach families and caregivers in everyday environments, connect families to community supports, maintain accurate records in NDIS systems, and guide families through NDIS processes in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.

Process accurate, compliant fortnightly payrolls; handle payroll queries; maintain data integrity through audits; prepare statutory and organisational reports (ABS, WGEA, PLSL); support payroll-related legislation compliance; improve payroll systems and assist People & Culture with education and continuous improvement.

Provide high-quality administrative support for community-based health programs: manage appointments, referrals and clinician schedules; handle enquiries, onboarding, billing support, documentation, reporting, compliance tasks, and contribute to service improvement while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Partner with program teams to support accreditation, manage quality systems and clinical governance, analyse data to identify improvement opportunities, support incident and feedback management, and implement sustainable quality improvement initiatives across community healthcare services.
