Support the client journey from credit line approval through onboarding, invoice financing, trade booking, repayments and account health. Act as an operational contact, collaborate with Credit, Product and Tech teams, perform document and invoice due diligence, assist with reconciliations, and identify process automation opportunities to improve the customer portal.

Lead design and delivery of a high-volume, multi-currency transactional platform. Own services end-to-end, translate finance requirements into technical solutions, mentor engineers, and ensure production reliability, scalability, observability, and integrations with external financial systems.

Lead a team owning a core transactional domain: set technical roadmap, ensure architecture consistency, system reliability, operational readiness, delivery velocity, incident ownership, cross-functional product partnership, hiring, coaching, and KPI-driven team performance.
