Leads major consumer client relationships, providing senior strategic counsel and integrated marketing expertise. Oversees client satisfaction, retention, organic growth, revenue, profitability, staffing, scopes, forecasts, and quality delivery. Lead the development and execution of social and influencer strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring cross-team collaboration to engage audiences effectively.

Support finance team with month-end close, journal posting, reconciliations, AP/AR support, client billing, bank and credit card reconciliations, financial reporting, Workday processing, and compliance tasks. Assist with forecasts, audits, and process improvements while liaising with stakeholders.

Prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations and forecasts; support month- and year-end close; deliver budgeting, commercial analysis, client profitability and WIP oversight; develop Workday-based reports and dashboards; partner with client service teams to improve financial performance, controls, and processes while supporting audits and strategic decision-making.
