Leads Lilly’s Ethics and Compliance program across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with regional and global leadership to manage risks, controls, policies, training, monitoring, audits, corrective actions, and compliance communications. Influences business decisions, supports deal reviews, engages regulators and industry associations, drives digital improvements, and develops E&C personnel while fostering a speak-up culture and strong organizational integrity.

Promote Lilly products to primary-care customers across the Sunshine Coast, achieve territory sales targets, and build long-term relationships with GPs and key stakeholders. Develop territory business and customer action plans, communicate scientific and disease-state information, respond to customer needs, maintain accurate records, use technology effectively, and ensure all activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards.

Build and maintain finance data models, pipelines, analytical models, datasets, and Power BI reports using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, PySpark, and related platforms. Integrate SAP and non-SAP financial data, ensure metadata, lineage, governance, and production reliability, and manage code releases through GitHub. Collaborate with finance, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, AI-ready data solutions and translate complex information into actionable insights.

Leads Lilly Australia and New Zealand’s public affairs strategy to shape healthcare policy, improve patient access to medicines, and build sustainable reimbursement reform coalitions. Oversees government relations, advocacy, communications, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, budgets, business planning, and team performance. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to influence policy, support PBAC and MSAC outcomes, manage communications around key milestones, and ensure compliance within the regulated pharmaceutical environment.
