Provide accounting support to the Financial Controller and Head of Finance on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Support month-end activities, deliver accounting requirements, and lead finance process improvement initiatives. Contribute to ad hoc projects to improve efficiency and build team capacity, while ensuring accuracy, documentation, and compliance.

Prepare monthly and year‑end financial and management reports for a portfolio of stabilised and development funds. Perform P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, prepare journals (including IFRS/AASB16 and loan entries), support tax compliance (BAS, income tax, distributions), maintain bank reconciliations and payments, assist audits, loan covenant reporting, process improvements, and ad hoc fund finance tasks.

The Finance Manager will oversee financial management, planning, reporting, and compliance, while collaborating with leadership and mentoring finance team members.

Lead development and maintenance of fund financial models, perform detailed financial and scenario analysis, support reporting and business plans, evaluate transactions with investment teams, assist capital management, conduct market research, and manage investor and stakeholder reporting to optimise fund performance.

The Corporate Receptionist will manage front-of-house operations, providing a welcoming experience, coordinating meeting room hospitality, and overseeing office coordination tasks.
