Europcar is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer to assist customers with vehicle rentals, process agreements, upsell products, and maintain vehicle quality. This part-time role requires strong customer service skills and sales motivation.

The Station Manager will oversee daily station operations, manage staff, control costs, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.

Drive B2B sales by building and maintaining client relationships across Corporate, Logistics, Mining, Leasing and Insurance. Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, maintain sales records in CRM/SFA tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets while promoting the companys car rental products and services.
