Prepare communications, presentations, proposals, and documents while collaborating with the administration team to deliver efficient business support.

Manage a portfolio of financial services clients, build stakeholder relationships, support retention, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Understand client needs, recommend tailored data and technology solutions, manage renewals and pricing discussions, maintain Salesforce records, monitor account risks and pipeline activity, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to drive customer value and commercial growth.
