Supports wealth management Advisors with client service, advice documentation, portfolio administration, transactions, settlements, reporting, compliance, and business development activities. The role prepares client meeting materials, maintains accurate records in financial systems, coordinates onboarding and operational tasks, responds to client queries, and supports high-quality client outcomes in a collaborative advisory environment.

Prepares and reviews financial statements, tax compliance work, BAS and IAS obligations, reconciliations, adjustment journals, and supporting documentation for clients. Provides tax planning and advisory support, manages client communications, reviews offshore team output, addresses technical queries, supports training, and contributes to process improvements while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely lodgements.

Supervises accounting and taxation work for public-practice clients, reviewing financial statements and tax returns while providing technical guidance on tax law, compliance, and complex issues. The role supports client meetings, ATO correspondence, workflow coordination, deadline management, quality control, and mentoring of accountants and offshore team members.

Support front-line investment teams by managing middle-office tasks: client onboarding, asset transfers, cash payments, reconciliations, account maintenance, databases/CRM updates, report preparation, and process improvements to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
