Drive Loqate’s growth across Australia and New Zealand by managing client portfolios, acquiring new customers, renewing and expanding accounts, and achieving revenue targets. Build client and partner relationships, execute MEDPICC-based sales strategies, forecast pipeline performance, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and monitor industry and competitor trends.

Leads end-to-end implementation, onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption of identity, fraud, biometrics, and compliance solutions for enterprise customers. Facilitates discovery workshops, translates requirements into solution designs, supports integrations, UAT, go-live, reporting, and post-implementation reviews. Manages project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communications while coordinating Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations. Acts as a trusted technical advisor, improves delivery processes, and mentors consultants.
