Develops proactive public relations and media opportunities for cancer care, research, innovation, technology, and organizational milestones. Responsibilities include building journalist relationships, creating media releases and briefing materials, translating complex information into engaging stories, supporting thought leadership, managing media inquiries, and assisting with emerging issues communications. The role partners with clinical and business leaders and reports to the Communications Director.

The Enterprise Architect will define technology strategy, roadmaps, target-state architecture, governance, and decision frameworks. They will align clinical and business priorities with scalable solutions, simplify the technology landscape, improve integration, guide vendors, and provide technical leadership across applications, data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and digital platforms. The role also requires influencing senior stakeholders and maturing the enterprise architecture capability.

Lead CRO business development across pharma and biotech: identify opportunities, build strategic client relationships, manage end-to-end sales processes (proposal, negotiation, contracting), partner with clinical operations for onboarding and delivery, and promote GenesisCare's oncology and radiopharmaceutical research capabilities to drive CRO growth.

Lead remuneration accounting, payroll journals, reconciliations and provisions; manage grant revenue accounting, customer invoicing and receivables; partner with Payroll, People & Culture and Operations; drive process improvements, controls and finance transformation; provide technical accounting support and ad-hoc finance projects to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
