Provides field-based occupational health and safety advice across the organisation. Coordinates safety and wellbeing training, programs, and initiatives; leads incident investigations; conducts site inspections and audits; supports continuous improvement; reports safety statistics; contributes to OHS policy reviews; and applies safety legislation to promote safe work practices.

Leads the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance, Procurement, and Project functions. Acts as the link between business stakeholders, the implementation partner, and the project team; designs and configures business processes, advises on data flows and integrations, supports testing and training, and facilitates transition into operations.

Provides legal advice across water, environmental, property, litigation, and commercial law. The role partners with business units, identifies legal risks, supports commercial and customer outcomes, and works autonomously while reporting to the General Counsel. Candidates must hold a law degree, be admitted or eligible for admission to practice in Victoria, and have up to six years of practising experience. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, process-optimization, and commercial skills are required.

Coordinates end-to-end sourcing, quotation, tender, and market engagement activities. Provides procurement advice, supports supplier selection and contract awards, implements category strategies, maintains procurement records, and ensures compliant, value-for-money outcomes. The role also contributes to procurement process improvement and requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.

Act as a trusted procurement advisor, optimize suppliers, guide stakeholders, lead and develop Sourcing Officers, and support ERP and IEMS process adoption.
